Making A Purchase
Making a purchasing could not be easier. Take a look around the store and click on "buy it now" to add a product to your shopping cart. Once you have finished adding your selected products click on "check out" where you will be asked to enter a few details needed to complete your order.
Postage and Packaging
We currently only deliver within the UK.
Postage and packaging is set at a fixed price of £4.95 per order.
We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days of your order being received unless otherwise stated within the product description. All orders will have proof of posting and most orders will be despatched via Royal Mail and will need to be signed for.
Times are not guaranteed and should an order be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to advise you that the delivery date will have to be extended.
We will despatch to the delivery address entered at checkout. Please make sure all details are entered correctly, as we cannot accept any liability, for any loss or damage to goods incorrectly delivered due to details incorrectly entered at checkout.

We accept payment by:
Credit cards: Visa, Switch, American Express, Solo or MasterCard
PayPal
We do not process or store any credit card information, we use a 3rd party financial service gateway, PayPal which is SSL encrypted.

Pricing and VAT
Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
Prices displayed on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge and updated regularly. In the event of a product being wrongly priced we will inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of the order being made, where the purchaser will then have the choice to either cancel the order or pay any additional difference in price.
Cancellation or Change of order
If you need to cancel or change your order before your order has been despatched then please contact us at crysticalsgifts@sky.com with your request for a refund or change of order request. Refunds will be made within 30 days if cancelled before despatch. If your goods have already been despatched then please refer to our returns policy.
Returns Policy
If you need to return goods to us please contact us at crysticalsgifts@sky.com where we will provide you with information on returning goods along with a returns number. All returns must be in original, unworn and unused condition, suitable for resale and in original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery and the original receipt must be provided for a full refund or exchange (excluding postage and packing costs). You will be responsible for the items until they reach us and therefore we recommend that you use a delivery method which requires a signature on delivery.
In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty a full refund or exchange will be given. Certain items are non returnable due to hygiene reasons such as earrings, this does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are returned to us that are outside of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, you will not be refunded and the items will be returned to you at your expense. If the items are then returned to us again or you refuse to accept delivery, we will take this as instructions for us to dispose of the goods as we see fit without any further communication.
Product Pictures and Descriptions
We do try and ensure that all photographs of items are as realistic as possible, however due to a lot of the jewellery being handmade some items may differ slightly to those shown.
We try to ensure that all product descriptions, pictures, pricing and availability are accurate on our website however some errors may occur. You will be contacted upon discovery of an error and given the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.
Product pictures may not show the actual size. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate only and are for guidance only.
